that’s about 9 pounds less than I was feeling when I stepped on the scale.
I have set up a new weight loss calender and reward system for myself.
By valentines day I want to be down to 195 and by the first day of spring, 180
I want these for when I start my final Quarter at school.

Man Boobs: 41in/105cm
Upper Abs (Gut): 37in/96cm (thinnest part)
Lower Abs (I mean, spare tire,): 45in/116cm (widest part)
Hips/Waist/buttcrack: 38.5in/100cm
Biceps: 13in/34cm (Left) 12.5in (Right)
Quads:22in/51cm (Left) 23in (Right)
I’m starting over… again, I have strong motivation for this though. It feels like last year when I started. Last year I went from 210 to 175 pounds, but, I had a team of people with me a long the way going through the same problems. Eventually due to technical issues most of the team dropped out.
Where I went wrong, summer hit, I lost motivation and was living on my own, which goes from whole foods to whole Hot N Ready Pizzas, because it can you can eat it all day. This year I will carry my momentum over through summer.
This time it’s all me. I would like support along the way and people to talk to about what there going through but I’m going to be independent. If you want to follow what I’m doing, awesome. Please send followers my way, thanks!!!

So it happened of course, but I know what I did wrong and where I can improve myself this time. January through May is always my most motivational time.

It’s nice to actually have the energy to go for a run again. I ran last week but I ended up throwing up mid way through and decided to walk the rest of it.
This morning though I will eat after running, even if my stomach is being grumbly.

Time to start over…
I’m not going to go so hard on myself this time, but effort will be put in. Losing weight will hopefully be consistent again.
We’ll discuss ours lives, goals and other shit. I want to be the couple everybody comments on about how adorable they are. I believe if we lost weight together we would be taken more seriously.

They’re doing sidewalk construction a way down after my house. When I stopped running I started coughing and gagging, looks like it’s going to take some time to get back into the groove of running.
Next week will be hardcore, since I’m back with my woman I’m wanting to spend more time with her cuddling than running by myself.
I’m starting P90X over again next week with her since she hasn’t done it so that should be fun.
